All users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
5. Vehicle Listings
Sellers must ensure that all vehicle listings are accurate and provide truthful and complete details about the vehicle’s condition, price, and other relevant details.
We do not verify the accuracy of listings and are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
We reserve the right to remove any listings that violate our policies, including but not limited to prohibited or illegal items, or applicable laws.
6. Payment Terms
All transactions for vehicle sales are directly between buyers and sellers.
We may provide payment facilities; if so, we will ensure secure payment processing.
It is the responsibility of both parties to ensure that payment methods are secure, and we advise caution to avoid fraudulent transactions.
We are not responsible for payments unless we offer the payment facility.
7. Fees
We may charge fees for listing, promoting listings, or accessing premium services.
These fees will be disclosed to you at the time of transaction or service.
You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Services.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your use of the Services.
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any entity.
- Engage in spamming, phishing, or distribute harmful software.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You must not copy or reproduce any content without permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Indemnification
